One of the things that I have learned the most is to think calmly and think twice before posting something on my social media pages or responding to anyone, especially if it is related to my job. For me, it has a lot to do with your breathing and mental connection in times of pressure. Breathing to calm yourself helps me a lot and helps me think with a cool head. Of course, it depends on the situation, but I always try to manage that internal voice that sometimes makes you insecure.Well, I think we have all been through some negative due to self-disclosure moments in our lives. Something pervasive that has happened to me is to give my confidence to the person that I should not and that this person knows many details of my personal life.
